These open group sessions are two hours of sound healing. We all need space held for us in different ways. I’m devoted to coming to the table to hold that space, that intent, with you.

Alchemy crystal singing bowls, drums, vocals, and other isolated frequency tonal instruments are used to promote change and healing on a cellular level. We’ll open, clear, and balance your energetic fields as well as release any stuck energy.

As a classically-trained singer and shamanic sound alchemist, I use instruments in a trained and professional way to produce sound vibrations that help restore the body's cellular alignment. I blend facts with intuition, creating the most holistic transformation possible in mind, body & spirit.

Aerial Group Sound Ceremony

An aerial group sound ceremony is a unique, immersive experience that promotes healing on a cellular level, opening, clearing, and balancing your energetic fields while releasing any stuck energy.

Unlike other sound ceremonies where participants lie on the ground, aerial sound ceremonies involve being gently cradled and suspended in the air using aerial silk hammocks. These are hung from the ceiling to provide comfort and support, allowing individuals to relax in a semi-reclined or horizontal position, creating a sense of floating or weightlessness.

As we create a sacred space together as a group, each sound ceremony features a guided meditation and a curated ritual to help set the intention for the sound journey, enhance the transformative potential of the experience, and deepen the connection to self-healing.

Various instruments, such as alchemy crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, rattles, and vocals, create a rich tapestry of sounds that envelop each participant. These instruments emit frequencies people can feel and hear, contributing to a more profound sensory experience.

This curated two-hour session focuses on your intentions, combining the power of both Sound Medicine and Crystal Healing. Using specific tonal therapeutic instruments and voice with isolated frequencies along with crystals placed on your body can produce powerful frequencies to promote healing and focus on restoring the body's cellular alignment. In tandem, the modalities enhance one another's work!
